Dance 2014

We took a semester off of dance since Cora was in full day kindergarten. We just didn't know how she would adjust and having dance after school seemed like it might be too much. I am very glad we did this because in the fall it probably would have been pretty terrible for everyone :/

We found a winter/spring program that had a recital so we signed both girls up. Kalli loved her first year of dance and can't wait for next year. Cora improved in the short semester and currently thinks she will take a break but I am hoping she sticks with it one more year to see if it is something she loves or not.

Aunt Tricia & Annie were troopers and came to pictures and dress rehearsal because the show was sold out for the recital. This was a loooooong day for poor lil Annie but she did great and the girls loved have Aunt Trish there.

The recital was a night of "One Hit Wonders". They loved getting ready, wearing lipstick, dancing, the final curtain call and we finished the night with ice cream cones (which Kalli fell asleep within 2 minutes of leaving the theater. We woke her up to eat her ice cream because she had wanted it so much).

Grandmom and Grandpa came to the recital with our family. Paysen did great through the whole show too!
